benefiting the Food Bank of Southeastern Virginia
by offering 50 cents off admission to attendees donating cans of non-perishable
food. Last year over 18,000 pounds of food and $1,300
in cash donations were collected during this popular 3-day event. And,
well over 100,000 pounds of food have been collected in the last 10 years.
Side Note: The tractor trailers you see on the highway carry about
40,000 pounds. Thank you for your generous donations!

Good News

"We collected 4,500 pounds of food, bringing our 7
year food total to 47,433 pounds! The craft show/sale drew shoppers from
the mid-atlantic region and vendors from across the United States. Our
hosts, the very friendly people of Events Management Group, made us feel
right at home."

"Support American Craftspeople"
The craft show industry and America's artisans are feeling
the effects of cheap, imported knock offs now being sold in every mega-retail
store and catalog throughout the U.S.
With this major issue at hand, we, as promoters, will continue
our efforts in creating awareness and appreciation for all American artists
and craftspeople.
Please join us at the next show where you will find some
of the most creative and exciting handcrafts and fine art exhibited anywhere
in Virginia this season.
