About the Organizer: Events Management Group, Inc. is one of the country's premier show production companies and has enjoyed an outstanding reputation in the arts and crafts show production industry since 1982. EMG events continue to attract a large and faithful following of enthusiastic buyers as well as serious collectors of American crafts and fine art, in both traditional and contemporary design. Featured artisans offer fine arts, pottery, jewelry, art glass, wood, photography, fiber arts, metalworks, leather, decorative arts, and mixed media. A limited number of select vendors offering gift-packaged foods are included to compliment and enhance the overall ambiance of each event.

Exhibitor Amenities: Events Management Group, Inc., an experienced producer of high-quality consumer events in Hampton Roads and Northern Virginia for more than 20 years, will do its utmost to provide all of the right ingredients to deliver a successful, first-class event for its exhibitors. Each exhibitor will be provided with their selected choice of one to three 10’ x 10’ exhibit spaces (some may vary in size depending on location), identification sign, four exhibitor badges, artist hospitality, unlimited discount postcards & flyers for pre-show promotions, 24-hour security, show directory listing, complimentary donuts and coffee during Friday morning set up, reduced hotel rates and free parking.

Advertising & Marketing: EMG will embrace the most comprehensive pre-show advertising campaign possible for each event. We guarantee a highly-visible, aggressive advertising campaign, including radio, television, newspaper, direct mail, as well as unlimited promotional discount materials to all show participants. In addition, we will engage in every public relations opportunity available to create awareness, attention and…ultimately attendance…from all area resources.

Eligible Work: (For Craft Shows only) All work must be the original thought, design and creation of the artisan. (Please do not apply to these shows if you plan to carry any buy/sell items, as it compromises the integrity of our quality shows. Exhibitors who do not honor this requirement will be asked to remove the items or leave immediately.) Eligible work includes all media of original fine arts & crafts; prints are acceptable. Show Management has the right to accept other types of exhibits on a very limited basis including gourmet specialties, cookbooks, music, personalized materials, seasonal plants/herbs or other items that may compliment the overall theme of the event.
